Returns & Refund Policy
We aim to provide products that you will love, but we understand issues can occur. Here is our policy on returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that are defective, misprinted, or damaged within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please carefully review our sizing charts before placing an order.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email clear photos of the issue along with your order number to info@gonez.es. We will respond quickly, offering either a replacement or a refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days of approval.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on:

Personalized or customized products
