Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to provide products that you will love, but we understand issues can occur. Here is our policy on returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for items that are defective, misprinted, or damaged within 30 days of receipt.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please carefully review our sizing charts before placing an order.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email clear photos of the issue along with your order number to info@gonez.es. We will respond quickly, offering either a replacement or a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days of approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on:

  • Digital products/downloads

  • Personalized or customized products
